Delta Ambulance is proud to offer an EMT-Basic Course for a maximum of 10 students scheduled to begin on June 2, 2021, ending on October 16, 2021. Classes will be from 6:00 pm until 9:30 pm on Wednesdays, located at Delta Ambulance, 29 Chase Ave, Waterville, ME 04901. There will be five Saturday lecture/lab days from 9 am until 5 pm during the course.
The course will consist of 110 classroom hours plus 24 hours of precepted ambulance rotations.
Seating is limited and books need to be ordered before the course begins, a non-refundable fee of $95.00 (which will be applied toward tuition) is required upon confirmation of your intent to attend the course. The cost of the course is $1195.00 which is due before the first day of class. All payments can be paid for by credit card. The cost will cover textbook, access to MyLab Brady, polo uniform shirt, student identification badge, (1) practical state examination fee. It does not cover the criminal background check (if needed), liability insurance, personal items such as the black trousers, black leather footwear, stethoscope, scissors, penlight, or immunizations required for ambulance rotations.
