Wendy Zamler of Fayette has been appointed the new Director of Human Resources for Delta Ambulance.
Wendy comes to us with over 16 years of leadership experience in the HR field, having worked most recently with MaineGeneral and, prior to that, T-Mobile, Boston Financial and Staples Inc. (corporate offices).
In addition to her vast human resource experience Wendy holds a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Michigan, attended the American School in Switzerland and the University of Tel Aviv in Israel. Prior to her career in human resource Wendy was Principal and Special Education Director at the Rhode Island Training School and holds a certification of Special Education Director.
Delta Ambulance is a full service not-for-profit paramedic ambulance service serving eighteen communities as their 911 service from bases in Waterville and Augusta. Delta has 120 employees both full time and per-diem.
