From two base locations in Augusta and one in Waterville, we provide customers in 29 Maine communities with full-service medical transportation. Delta also provides subsidy-free emergency services to 16 central Maine communities.
With more than 130 health care professionals and a fleet of 17 ambulances, 2 supervisior SUVs, Paramedic fly-car and three wheelchair vans, we serve approximately 19,000 people each year.
Waterville Station
Our Waterville station, which houses our corporate offices, is located at 29 Chase Avenue. From this station, Delta provides 911 emergency services to the residents of:

The professional staff at our Waterville base also provide:
- Routine and specialty care transfers to and from the Alfond Center for Health, Northern Light Inland Hospital, and any health care facility or private home, regardless of distance or location
- Public-Private partnership with Waterville Fire/Rescue: sharing resources, personnel and equipment.
- Advanced life support (paramedic) back-up services for Clinton Fire/Ambulance and Unity Volunteer Ambulance
- Wheelchair van services
- Corporate and community educational outreach
Augusta Stations
We have two Augusta stations — one at 10 Cony Road, between Routes 17 and 3, and the other at MaineGeneral’s Alfond Center for Health at 122 Medical Center Parkway in north Augusta. From these locations we provide:
