A message from our Executive Director, Chris Mitchell

I'm humbled to be in a position to introduce myself as the new director of such an excellent company and group of people. My EMS career began in 2002 as an EMT in Massachusetts, and brought me to Western New York in 2004. I became a paramedic in 2007 and had the opportunity to work for three different services in the area before coming to Delta in 2014. It has since been a true honor and a pleasure to be a part of this organization. The skill and dedication of everyone here quickly told me that this was where I wanted to be, and time has only strengthened that feeling. Delta Ambulance was founded in local community and hospital support, and that same support has allowed us to continue serving this area with pride. Our mission revolves around our patients - providing excellent patient care through high standards, continuous systems improvement, and by strengthening our relationships with our local healthcare systems, first responders, and citizens. Delta is rooted in this area and we're dedicated to making sure that when you need ambulance transportation, we'll be there. Thank you for checking us out, and thank you for your support.
