WATERVILLE, Maine—Today, Delta Ambulance officially unveiled a new responsive website, DeltaAmbulance.org. The site offers information about Delta’s wide range of emergency medical services, coverage area, an event calendar, and an online bill pay option.
Designed and built by Nancy Marshall Communications of Augusta, the easy-to-navigate website adjusts to all electronic devices including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
The state-of-the-art design features information about each of Delta’s services, ranging from emergency response to routine transfers. Information on the extensive training of the Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics employed by the central Maine nonprofit, and the education provided on a routine basis to the community is also easily accessible. Other pages include career opportunities and a new archive highlighting news and accomplishments in past years.
“It was important for us that the website redesign made our site easier for our patients and the communities we serve,” said Tim Beals, Delta Ambulance executive director. “We’ve made the layout easier to navigate and added an online bill pay option to ensure the best possible customer experience.”
The website also links directly to Delta’s Facebook page. A signup for The Delta Dispatch, Delta’s new monthly e-newsletter that shares information about community events, health-related tips and helpful hints, is included in the right sidebar of each page.
