Delta Ambulance recognized by MEMIC

At the Annual meeting of Policy Holders of Maine Employers Mutual Insurance Company, Delta Ambulance (Waterville & Augusta) received a
Safety Management Award from MEMIC President & CEO, John T. Leonard, "For achievement by both Employees and Management in Striving to Create a Safe and Caring place to work" The presentation included a video on Delta Ambulance and the specialized equipment and tactics Delta utilized to reduce their injury occurrences.

Receiving the award for Delta were: Tim Beals, Executive Director, Cherie M. Boudreau, Director of Human Resources, and Dee Conner, Administrative Assistant.

As of June 11, Delta has gone 1,093 days without a work-loss injury. Delta was one of twelve awards recipients, MEMIC insures 21,000.
